David Whiteside
Director of Planning
With a head for business and a passion for cooking, Dave’s croquembouche is almost as impressive as his brand strategies (which are also sweet and somewhat healthier). Kind to clients and staff alike, Dave’s food, like his strategy, comes from the heart.
Kylie Lovell
Finance Manager & Operational Manager
At home on her country property, Kylie is kept busy looking after her horses, dogs, goats and chickens. There’s no respite at work, where she tends to the financial and administrative needs of our agency and people. Under Kylie’s care, all creatures great and small flourish.
Susanna Morton
Digital Producer
As our Digital Producer, Susanna (aka Suse) is the steady force behind every digital project, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. She takes client success as seriously as she takes her condiments, a true connoisseur who can always be relied on to have a mini mayo up her sleeve. With Suse at the helm, your project is in expert hands, perfectly seasoned for success
Nina Roslan
Account Director
During COVID lockdowns Nina became addicted to Korean dramas. Not one to do anything by half-measure, she’s now studying the language so she can watch them without subtitles. That’s the kind of commitment Nina brings to work every day. It’s a kind of superpower.
Yuki Kubota
Technical Lead
Yuki is neither loud nor flashy. Which is a good thing, because there’s no call for brashness when you’re building a website. It’s a methodical process that requires concentration, attention to detail, technical knowledge and a steely resolve to see the job through. Shhhhh… Yuki’s working…
Peter Milne
Head of Copy and Content
Pete’s 70s-inspired style and willingness to share a wealth of knowledge are just a couple of the reasons he’s an asset here at Sense. Guiding the Copy and Content team on their quest for world domination, his cool and calm demeanour perfectly offsets a dark sense of humour.
Sonia Conti
Group Account Director & Production Manager
Anyone as dedicated to her clients as Sonia, who works as hard wrangling a multitude of humans to deliver the best possible solutions and ensure every job is finished to perfection, deserves some me-time at the end of a day. Sonia has Yin Yoga. And a big cuddly labrador.
Ellen Hill
Social Media & Content Manager
Equipped with a degree in journalism, a passion for the written word and a natural ability to connect with people, Ellen enjoys nothing more than creating client-appropriate content that demands attention. Except maybe red velvet cupcakes. She’s pretty fond of those tempting morsels, too.
Steve Darsow
Senior Finished Artist
Artwork can be a pernickety business. Luckily we have Steve to make sure nothing leaves the building that isn’t perfect. A natural cynic, he assumes that every job will have a problem to be found and corrected. He’s usually wrong of course, which might be why he attacks a game of squash with such vigour.
Sophie Bergogne
Account Manager
With her smooth accent, chic yet casual style and absolute, buttoned-up professionalism, it’s difficult to imagine Sophie roughing it in the bush. That said, she loves camping, beer and sport. She might hail from France, but she has distinctly Aussie joie de vivre.
Igal Hodirker
Creative Director
Igal knows how to work outside the box, drawing inspiration from his eclectic international background. Who helps transform the agency’s good work into great work. Plus he can cook anything on a sandwich grill. Anything. Seriously.
Rob Crabtree
Digital Director
Don’t let that friendly persona fool you, as our Digital Director, Rob’s a natural leader who knows how to get things done. He’s got a great eye for the big picture while keeping our digital projects running smoothly. Whether it’s managing the team or coming up with new ideas, Rob makes sure everything we deliver hits the mark.
Vincent Casey
Senior Designer
Vincent is a pro at transforming creative briefs into designer masterpieces. His sharp wit is amplified by his thick Irish accent (which somehow makes those jokes sound even drier) but he’s a kind-hearted soul with great taste in beer and t-shirts so we’ll keep him around.
Felicity Case-Mejia
Graphic Designer
A lot of creative types are bad at maths. But what Flick lacks in number-skills she more than makes up for with design ability. Flick can draw. She also creates stunning layouts and awesome illustrations. So, despite her numerical dyslexia, if you need a visual problem solved you can always count on Flick.
Elizabeth Phan-Roper
Account Manager
There are two passions in Elizabeth’s life: supporting the Western Bulldogs in the AFL and supporting her clients here at Sense. In both instances her loyalty is one-eyed and unwavering. We can only assume she’s much calmer in the office than the MCG.
