iSentia grew from a media monitoring service into a provider of business intelligence, acquiring numerous related businesses across Asia Pacific. But when it came time to float the company, the iSentia brand story read like a collection of unrelated press clippings.
The task for Sense was two-fold: to create a single brand story, and to move brand perceptions from a traditional media monitor to a technologically sophisticated, expert consultant.
Sense repositioned the brand to focus on the key benefits of influencing, informing and providing insight. We extended a new brand identity and graphic and verbal language across all touch points, and created a multi-lingual, multi-regional, content-managed website.
iSentia is now a consolidated brand offering 15 international markets a clear value proposition: Insights that drive smarter decisions. The brand successfully floated on the Australian stock exchange in 2015 and has grown to be Asia Pacific’s largest media intelligence company. New business acquisitions continue to be seamlessly integrated into the brand system developed by Sense.
