Building a property brand that sells.

The brand work for this master planned Clyde community encouraged buyers to ‘Live Wide Open’ with bright, optimistic imagery that stood out from the increasing number of residential developments in Melbourne’s south-eastern growth corridor. It was a key contributor to the success of the project. In fact, Riverfield was so successful the developer, Brown Property Group, purchased additional land and increased the initial project scope from 500 allotments to over 2,000.
